  • Additional cross-training and development opportunities available.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred, especially in primary-care or patient-facing roles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; the ability to build rapport with patients and deliver a patient-centric experience.

  • Proficiency with electronic health-record (EHR) systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to the values of direct-primary-care: service-oriented, proactive, relationship-based.
