Please note that laboratory testing, imaging, and other services performed outside the practice are not included in the monthly membership fee. Pricing for these services is available on our Pricing page.

What To Expect at Your First Membership Visit
Your first visit is longer and more comprehensive than a typical primary care appointment.
Arrival
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, comfortable environment. If not completed online, you’ll review and sign consent forms and the DPC agreement, and pay your enrollment fee.
Visit
Your visit includes extended, unrushed time with your provider. You’ll review your medical history, current concerns, medications, and health goals, and work together to create a personalized care plan.
Check-Out
Before leaving, you’ll schedule any follow-up appointments. You’ll also receive clear instructions for any labs, imaging, or next steps recommended by your provider.
